Rest In Peace Bruce B
Just read a very sad post on RapMusic.com from Organik that KOTD Alberta battler Bruce B has passed. I’ve watched a bunch of Bruce B’s battles and always thought that his delivery was very smooth, polished, and he was very charismatic in battle. It seemed like people in the Alberta battle scene really loved the guy, not only because of his skill, but because he was just a cool person. You would always seem him joking with his opponents after the battle – win or loss.
Here is the post from Organik (http://board.rapmusic.com/battle-video-archives/1272726-special-rest-peace-kotds-bruce-b-aug22-1985-march-28-2011-a.html)
Unfortunately This Morning I Received A Very Tragic Phone Call Informing Me About The Passing Of ‘Bruce Oake’ Known To Alot Of You Guys As ‘Bruce B’ From KOTD’s Alberta Division… This Is A Very Tragic Period And Alot Of People Involved In Our Battle Scene Are Very Closely Connected With Bruce So I Would Like To Ask That Nothing Negative Gets Posted In Here… This Is A Very Very Sad Scenario And A Tragedy To Our Battle Scene As A Whole
Bruce Was A Very UpBeat, Out Going, Happy Person… Anyone Who Had Met Him Would Say The Exact Same Thing.. Unfortunately… That Will Never Be Shared Again..
Id Like To Send Condolences To The Friends And Family ‘Bruce B’ (Bruce Oake) On Behalf Of The Entire KOTD Staff.
